设计了一个5.8 GHz谐波抑制的新型整流电路。电路采用一对双二极管结合微带滤波设计,利用结构对称性实现偶次谐波抑制,结合扇形枝节三次谐波抑制,实现整流电路的四阶谐波抑制功能并具有宽带特性。实测和仿真结果基本一致,在5.8 GHz输入功率18 dBm时整流效率达到77.9%,并在5.725 GHz~5.875 GHz的ISM频段内的整流效率均超过74%。
設計瞭一箇5.8 GHz諧波抑製的新型整流電路。電路採用一對雙二極管結閤微帶濾波設計,利用結構對稱性實現偶次諧波抑製,結閤扇形枝節三次諧波抑製,實現整流電路的四階諧波抑製功能併具有寬帶特性。實測和倣真結果基本一緻,在5.8 GHz輸入功率18 dBm時整流效率達到77.9%,併在5.725 GHz~5.875 GHz的ISM頻段內的整流效率均超過74%。

A novel harmonic rejecting rectifier at 5.8 GHz is reported.In the circuit,a pair of diodes with microstrip filter are adopted,where even harmonic suppression is realized by the symmetry structure.A radial stub is designed to suppress the input third harmonic,so that totally four orders of harmonics can be terminated.The measured and simulated results are in good agreement.The proposed rectifier's efficiency as high as 77.9% is obtained with an input power of 18dBm at 5.8 GHz;moreover,the efficiency is higher than 74% over the entire ISM band of 5.725 GHz~5.875 GHz.
