运用自编的＂高校熟手型外语教师胜任力测评问卷＂对高校熟手型外语教师胜任力特点进行了研究。研究表明：高校熟手型外语教师胜任力整体水平较好;执教年限、学历、职称和学校类别是影响高校熟手型外语教师胜任力的主要因素;随着执教年限的延续,其胜任力会得到提高;性别等特征变量不影响教师胜任力的发展水平。
운용자편적＂고교숙수형외어교사성임력측평문권＂대고교숙수형외어교사성임력특점진행료연구。연구표명：고교숙수형외어교사성임력정체수평교호;집교년한、학력、직칭화학교유별시영향고교숙수형외어교사성임력적주요인소;수착집교년한적연속,기성임력회득도제고;성별등특정변량불영향교사성임력적발전수평。
By using the "Questionaire of Assessing the Competency of College Proficient Foreign Language Teachers",we assess the level and characteristic of the competency of college proficient foreign language teachers.The result shows that the overall level of their competency is comparatively satisfactory;teaching time,academic background,professional title and school type are the main factors influencing their competency;as their teaching time increases,their competency is accordingly developed;the variant of sexual distinction does not influence the development of their competency.
