The transfer table faults caused by casting type and control program in cleaning casting process affect the production efficiency seriously. The roller transport system and fault reasons were analyzed, and the compression air bag, optoelectronic switch and PLC program was improved. The problems, such as castings dropped out, roller jammed and castings damaged were solved effectively.
