试验观测对比奶牛性控冻精和常规冻精解冻后精子存活时间,为进一步把握输精时间,提高受胎率提供依据。试验结果表明:性控冻精刚解冻时活力较高,为0.5级以上,但活力下降快、存活时间较短,解冻后6h活力降低为零;常规冻精刚解冻时活力在0.4~0.5级之间,但存活时间较长,活力下降速度慢,解冻后8h活力降低为零。所以性控冻精解冻后,要求输精技术员尽快输精。
試驗觀測對比奶牛性控凍精和常規凍精解凍後精子存活時間,為進一步把握輸精時間,提高受胎率提供依據。試驗結果錶明:性控凍精剛解凍時活力較高,為0.5級以上,但活力下降快、存活時間較短,解凍後6h活力降低為零;常規凍精剛解凍時活力在0.4~0.5級之間,但存活時間較長,活力下降速度慢,解凍後8h活力降低為零。所以性控凍精解凍後,要求輸精技術員儘快輸精。
시험관측대비내우성공동정화상규동정해동후정자존활시간,위진일보파악수정시간,제고수태솔제공의거。시험결과표명:성공동정강해동시활력교고,위0.5급이상,단활력하강쾌、존활시간교단,해동후6h활력강저위령;상규동정강해동시활력재0.4~0.5급지간,단존활시간교장,활력하강속도만,해동후8h활력강저위령。소이성공동정해동후,요구수정기술원진쾌수정。
The objective of this study was to observe survival time for sex control frozen semen and conventional frozen se- men in dairy cattle, in order to know well about the insemination time and provide basis for improve conception rate. The re- sults indicated that motility of sex control frozen semen was high ( class 0.5), wheras it decreased fast, kept short time, more- over, motility became zero after 6 hours. The motility of regular frozen semen was class 0.4-0.5, wheras it kept long time, motility decreased slowly, and motility became zero after 8 hours. In conclusion, insemination should be conducted as soon as possible after thaw for sex contrl frozen semen.
