对红磷分公司水资源综合利用进行技术改造。技改内容有:氟硅酸钠生产原料改用硫酸钠,氟硅酸钠含硫酸污水回用到磷酸生产;硫酸脱盐水工序酸、碱污水回收用于磷酸及氟硅酸钠生产;充分回收蒸汽冷凝水,对各分厂循环水各类排污水分级回收利用;磷石膏输渣回水利用;建立生活污水回收系统;设置事故应急水池等。改造后,实现公司污水零排放,创造经济效益895.04万元/a。
對紅燐分公司水資源綜閤利用進行技術改造。技改內容有:氟硅痠鈉生產原料改用硫痠鈉,氟硅痠鈉含硫痠汙水迴用到燐痠生產;硫痠脫鹽水工序痠、堿汙水迴收用于燐痠及氟硅痠鈉生產;充分迴收蒸汽冷凝水,對各分廠循環水各類排汙水分級迴收利用;燐石膏輸渣迴水利用;建立生活汙水迴收繫統;設置事故應急水池等。改造後,實現公司汙水零排放,創造經濟效益895.04萬元/a。
대홍린분공사수자원종합이용진행기술개조。기개내용유:불규산납생산원료개용류산납,불규산납함류산오수회용도린산생산;류산탈염수공서산、감오수회수용우린산급불규산납생산;충분회수증기냉응수,대각분엄순배수각류배오수분급회수이용;린석고수사회수이용;건립생활오수회수계통;설치사고응급수지등。개조후,실현공사오수령배방,창조경제효익895.04만원/a。
The technical transformation of water resources comprehensive utilization in Honglin Branch Company is carried out. The contents of technical transformation include: using sodium sulfate instead of sodium chloride as the material of sodium fluosilicate production, recycling the sewage containing sulfuric acid to produce phosphoric acid; in sulfuric acid desalination water process, recycling acid, alkali sewage to produce phosphoric acid and sodium fluosilicate; full recovery steam condensation water, graded recycling sewage; utilization of phosphogypsum slag backwater; establishing domestic sewage recycle system; setting up accident emergency pool etc. After the transformation, the company achieves sewage zero emissions, creating the economic benefit 8.950 4 million RMB Yuan annual.
