对红磷分公司水资源综合利用进行技术改造。技改内容有：氟硅酸钠生产原料改用硫酸钠，氟硅酸钠含硫酸污水回用到磷酸生产；硫酸脱盐水工序酸、碱污水回收用于磷酸及氟硅酸钠生产；充分回收蒸汽冷凝水，对各分厂循环水各类排污水分级回收利用；磷石膏输渣回水利用；建立生活污水回收系统；设置事故应急水池等。改造后，实现公司污水零排放，创造经济效益895．04万元／a。
