针对3.9m^2熔炼炉和9m^2吹炼炉的冶炼烟气而设计的制酸净化工序,采用稀酸洗涤工艺。为适应熔炼炉扩大到6m^2、吹炼炉扩大到11.2m^2而引起的烟气量增加,对净化设备和工艺进行了局部改造。实现了制酸系统与冶炼的配套,硫酸产量提高的同时减少了污酸排放量,节能减排效果明显。
針對3.9m^2鎔煉爐和9m^2吹煉爐的冶煉煙氣而設計的製痠淨化工序,採用稀痠洗滌工藝。為適應鎔煉爐擴大到6m^2、吹煉爐擴大到11.2m^2而引起的煙氣量增加,對淨化設備和工藝進行瞭跼部改造。實現瞭製痠繫統與冶煉的配套,硫痠產量提高的同時減少瞭汙痠排放量,節能減排效果明顯。

The smelting gas is purified by dilute sulfuric acid in sulfuric acid production from smelting gas with 3.9 m^2 melting furnace and 9 m^2 converting furnace. In order to adapt to the increase of smelting gas caused by increase of the melting furnace volume to 6 m^2 and converting furnace volume to 11.2 m^2, the equipment and process of purification are transformed. After the transformation, the sulfuric acid production system is consistent to the smelting system; The yield of sulfuric acid is increased; Waste acid emission is decreased; The effect on energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable.
