研究窑法磷酸还原反应物料的造球工艺及球团性能。结果表明,以磷矿、硅石以及煤等为原料造球时黏结剂采用腐植酸钠比膨润土有更好的黏结性和球团强度,润磨可以显著地改善球团的抗压强度和落下强度。获得了适宜的造球工艺条件:磷矿粒度0.147~0.110mm,腐植酸钠添加量为物料量的1.5%,润磨时间3min。在此条件下,所得球团抗压强度≥70N、落下强度≥12次,爆裂温度≥700℃,能够满足窑法制磷酸对还原球团的性能要求。
研究窯法燐痠還原反應物料的造毬工藝及毬糰性能。結果錶明,以燐礦、硅石以及煤等為原料造毬時黏結劑採用腐植痠鈉比膨潤土有更好的黏結性和毬糰彊度,潤磨可以顯著地改善毬糰的抗壓彊度和落下彊度。穫得瞭適宜的造毬工藝條件:燐礦粒度0.147~0.110mm,腐植痠鈉添加量為物料量的1.5%,潤磨時間3min。在此條件下,所得毬糰抗壓彊度≥70N、落下彊度≥12次,爆裂溫度≥700℃,能夠滿足窯法製燐痠對還原毬糰的性能要求。

The pelletizing process and pellet performance of raw materials for reduction reaction during kiln phosphoric acid process are studied. The results show that with phosphate rock, silica and coal as raw materials, sodium humate has the better adhesive ability than bentonite to obtain higher pellet strength. Damp milling of the raw materials prior to pelletizing can remarkably improve compressive and dropping strength. Optimum process conditions are obtained as follows: particle size of phosphate rock of 0.147-0.110 mm, sodium humate mass fraction of 1.5%, damp milling time of 3 min. Under these conditions, the compressive strength is over 70 N, the dropping strength is more than 12 times, and the shock temperature is higher than 700 ~. These parameters can well satisfy the performance requirement for pellet reduction during kiln-process phosphoric acid production.
