由于地方高校毕业生与企业人才需求之间存在较大的供需错位,迫切需要采用校企合作方式通过倒逼机制来减少和消除这种错位,在地方高校中逐步形成以市场需求为重要导向的办学理念,促进人才供需之间形成良好适配和对接。
