知识转移是产业技术创新联盟的本质和关键因素,显性知识和隐性知识之间的转移方式决定了产业技术创新联盟的不同模式。本文按照知识转移的方式,将其划分为显性知识主导下的技术转让与协作服务模式、显隐知识共同协作下的共建实体模式、隐性知识主导下的联盟一体化集成模式,并对每种模式进行分析和评价。

Knowledge transfer is the essence and key factor of industrial technology innovation coalition,and the transfer methods between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge determines a specific model of industrial technology innovation coalition.According to the ways of knowledge transfer,this paper classifies these models into three different categories,that is,technology transfer and collaboration service mode worked under explicit knowledge,the joint collaboration entity model guided by both the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,alliance integrated mode dominated by tacit knowledge.Besides,the paper will analyze and evaluate each model.
