传统实践教学绩效评价机制存在诸多缺陷,多元化实践教学模式的确立提出了新的绩效评价体制构建的要求。基于平衡计分卡这一绩效管理工具,确立了多元化实践教学的目标使命,描绘了战略图表,拟定了绩效评价指标体系和评估的具体方法,构建起了多元化实践教学绩效评价机制。

There are many defects in the traditional system of practical teaching performance evaluation;the establishment of a wide range of practical teaching model has proposed the requirements of building a new performance evaluation system.Based on the performance management tool of the Balanced Scorecard,the goal of a wide range of practical teaching mechanism is established,the strategic charts are described,and a performance evaluation index system and the specific methods of evaluation are developed to have built up a wide range of practical teaching performance evaluation mechanism.
