本文研究了芦丁(rutin)在单壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(SWNTs/GCE)上的电化学行为;结果表明SWNTs/GCE对rutin具有良好的电催化性能。在1.2×10-7~4.2×10-5M范围内,其差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)峰电流与rutin的浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为8.0×10-8M,可用于药物制剂中rutin的定量测定。
本文研究瞭蘆丁(rutin)在單壁碳納米管脩飾玻碳電極(SWNTs/GCE)上的電化學行為;結果錶明SWNTs/GCE對rutin具有良好的電催化性能。在1.2×10-7~4.2×10-5M範圍內,其差分脈遲伏安法(DPV)峰電流與rutin的濃度呈良好的線性關繫,檢測限為8.0×10-8M,可用于藥物製劑中rutin的定量測定。

The electrochemical behaviors of rutin at single-walled carbon nanotube coated bare glassy carbon electrode have been investigated.The results show that the SWNTs/GCE exhibited efficiently catalytic oxidation for rutin.The differential pluse voltammetry currents were linear for rutin in the range of 1.2×10-7~4.2×10-5M,and the detection limit was calculated to be 8.0×10-8M.it can be used for the determination of rutin in pharmaceutical preparations.
