目前,就业难引发的大学生就业心理危机日益凸显,表现为自卑、焦虑、从众等心理问题,在深入分析危机产生原因的基础上,从辅导员角度提出了以构建就业心理危机干预机制为根本,以提高辅导员自身素养和工作能力为着力点,坚持思想政治教育和心理健康教育相结合,职业生涯规划和综合素质提高相结合,关注弱势群体和取得社会支持相结合的应对策略,并对就业心理危机的深层表现进行了补充说明。

College students' employment psychological crisis caused by employment difficulties has become increasingly prominent at present.They suffer from such problems as inferiority,anxiety and conformity.Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of the crisis,coping strategies are put forward in this article of establishing employment psychological crisis intervention mechanism as the fundamental,improving the counselor's quality and work ability as a focal point,insisting to combine the ideological and political education with mental health education,integrate career planning with comprehensive quality improvement and connect concern for vulnerable groups with social support.At the end of the article,the author state the deep performance of employment psychological crisis.
