选用实验室自制的有机蒙脱土,研究了有机蒙脱土在溶剂中的悬浮性能。采用预凝胶的方法将有机蒙脱土用于醇酸面漆中,对比分析了不同牌号的有机蒙脱土对涂料增稠防沉降效果的影响。结果表明,FMC24T421号有机蒙脱土对醇酸面漆具有较好的增稠防沉效果以及较好的抗流挂性能和流平性能。
選用實驗室自製的有機矇脫土,研究瞭有機矇脫土在溶劑中的懸浮性能。採用預凝膠的方法將有機矇脫土用于醇痠麵漆中,對比分析瞭不同牌號的有機矇脫土對塗料增稠防沉降效果的影響。結果錶明,FMC24T421號有機矇脫土對醇痠麵漆具有較好的增稠防沉效果以及較好的抗流掛性能和流平性能。

In this experiment we take the OMMT as the additive to improve the anti-sedimentation and thick ening properties of the organic coatings, followed by a theoretical study on the suspension stability of the OMMT in solvents. The OMMTs were introduced into the alkyd coatings system by the preformed gel method. By comparing the different effects of the OMMTs with different grades on anti-sedimentation and thickening properties of coatings, we reach a conclusion that the OMMT numbered FMC24T421 has the best performance on the en- hancement of properties we have mentioned above, as well as the anti-flowing and levelling characters.
