本文针对发动机与后悬支撑连接螺栓在线无法使用普通力矩扳手检测问题,经过调查分析,并结合普通力矩扳手结构和使用原理,设计制造出检测专用工具,解决了发动机后悬支撑螺栓无法在线检测的问题,提高了发动机的稳定性。

The paper focuses on the problem that the bolt which connects the engine with the rear suspension support cannot be tested by using a common torque wrench in the production line,and finds out solutions by investigation and analysis.Finally it comes to a conclusion that we can design a special detecting tool from the concept of associating the structure and the work principle of a common torque wrench for improving the engine stability.
