Tapping and sharing the implicit knowledge of teachers in normal universities is an effective way to improve teachers' teaching,enrich teaching resources and strengthen the essential competitive capability of universities.This paper explores all the possible factors that may have an influence on this tapping and sharing,and tries to find out the effective methods to conduct it.
