基于旅游选择决策特点和多目标线性规划理论，以丽江古城客栈旅游资源为例，分析了在客栈选择中起决定作用的因素，建立了客栈选择最优方案决策模型，以实现对客栈经营者和游客两个不同目标的决策，一方面为游客的不同选择进行有效指导，另一方面让客栈经营者更好地把握游客的选择行为，制订出了合理有效的投资经营模式，增强客栈的竞争力和对顾客需求的满足能力。

According to the travel choice characteristics and multi--objective linear programming theory,and based on the hotel tourism resources of Lijiang old town,this article analyses the decisive factor in selecting hotel, establishes an optimal decision model of hotel selection and realizes two different target decisions for the hotel operators and tourists.on the one hand,effectively guides the tourists to make different options;on the other hand,establishes a reasonable and effective investment management mode for the hotel operator to better grasp selection of the tourists behavior,which are meaningful for improving competition ability of the company and enhancing the competitiveness and customer needs ability.
