From the aspect of city design,the planning of the rivers and lakes governance research base is in order to create the positive space form with the integration of city environmental elements.Under the guidance of the structure form,the design of the research base expresses its special personalities.And with the strategies of terrain simulation,the design constructs the landscape architecture in harmony with the outer environment which strengthens the further aspect of the ecological garden concept eventually.
