Based on the features of intelligent hardware and to ensure the module is interchangeable, by means of analyzing the requirements a test scheme is given. This paper proposes a scheme to implement the automatic test system, every interface, performance and test requirement were covered by the system completely. The system which had the advantages of great efficiency, high automation, good reliability and high integration level is used to the practical application. The results show the design and implementation is successful.
