运用文献分析与田野调查的研究方法对客家传统体育的表现形式及其文化特征进行分析。这些传统体育活动又由于自身的文化特征，往往与客家的节日文化、宗教文化等文化形态相互结合在一起，在历史上对于改善和活跃客家人的文化生活起到了重要作用。

The article analyzes the representation forms and cultural characteristics of Hakka traditional sports by u sing the research methods of literature analysis and field survey. Meanwhile, as the traditional sports activities have their own culture characteristics, they are integrated with Hakka festival culture, religion culture and other culture configurations. It can play an important role in improving and activating the cultural life of Hakka people in the his tory.
