文章从改进化工仿真教学方式入手,分析总结了提高化工单元操作课程教学质量的有效途径。提出了将化工仿真与理论教学、化工单元操作实训、职业技能鉴定相结合;同时,提高化工仿真软件的精细化程度、加强仿真指导教师生产实践技能培训,从而拓宽仿真教学内容,提高化工单元操作课程教学效果与质量。

The paper started with teaching methods of chemical industrial simulation,analyzed effective ways of enhancing teaching quality of chemical unit operation,combined chemical industrial simulation with theoretic teaching,chemical unit operation and chemical industry professional skill appraisal.At the same time enriched kinds of chemical industrial simulation software.Strengthen teachers experience of practical trainings.In order to improve the effectiveness and the quality of chemical unit operation in teaching.
