通过单因子和正交试验对橘皮精油的提取进行了优化,优化工艺为:采用挥发油提取装置蒸馏对橘皮精油进行提取,原料粉碎度为40目,蒸馏瓶中加入2.0%的NaCl,蒸馏时间为60 min,优化后橘皮精油的收率达到2.19%。

The extraction of orange peel essential oil were optimized by single factor and orthogonal design. The optimal conditions were as follows: the extraction device was volatile oil extractor; the raw material crushed to 40 mesh; NaC1 added 2 %; time of extraction was 45 rain. The yield of essential oil reached to 2.19 % under the optimal condition.
