目的:制备纳米级的ZnO-TiO2复合粉体,研究纳米ZnO-TiO2与单用纳米TiO2和纳米ZnO两种抗菌剂的抗菌能力。方法:本实验以ZnCl2和TiCl4为原料制备纳米级的ZnO-TiO2复合粉体,再选择了大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为代表菌株,采用了纸片扩散法,对纳米ZnO-TiO2复合粉体抗菌剂进行了抗菌性研究,并与单用纳米TiO2和纳米ZnO两种抗菌剂抗菌性能进行比较。结果表明:纳米ZnO-TiO2复合粉体抗菌剂对代表菌株表现出比单用纳米ZnO或TiO2抗菌剂有更好的抗菌能力。在此基础上对相关抗菌剂的抗菌机理进行了分析讨论。

Objective: Preparation of nanoscale ZnO-TiO2 composite powders of nano-ZnO-TiO2 with a single antimicrobial activity of nano-TiO2 and nano-ZnO, two antimicrobial agents. Methods: the experiment from ZnCI2 and TIC14 was prepared nanoscale ZnO-TiO: composite powders, and then select the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as the representative strains, using the disk diffusion method, nano-ZnO-TiO2 composite powders the antibacterial agent antibacterial research, compared with the single nano-TiO~ and nano ZnO antibacterial properties of two antimicrobial agents. The results showed that: nano-ZnO-TiO2 composite powders antibacterial agent of the representative strains showed better antimicrobial activity than single nano-ZnO or TiO2 antibacterial agent. On this basis, the antibacterial mechanism of the antimicrobial agent were analyzed and discussed .
