系统地研究了用于制备高分子新单体2,5-二氨基-6-羟基苯并咪唑(DAHBI)的关键中间体5-甲氧基-4-硝基邻苯二胺(MNPDA)的合成,获得了IR和MS定性合格的目标产物。结果表明:以1,5-二氯-2,4-二硝基苯(DCDNB)为原料经单氨解和醇解二步反应先制得5-甲氧基-2,4-二硝基苯胺(MDNA),再经多硫化钠选择还原合成MNPDA的路线,经工艺优化后,可获得纯度为98.9%,总收率42.2%的MNPDA。为结构改性高聚物的创新研发与性能研究提供物质基础。

Novel synthesis of 5-methoxy-4-nitro-1,2-phenylenediamine(MNPDA),a key intermediate for preparing polymer monomers 2,5-diamino-6-hydroxy benzimidazole(DAHBI),was systematically studied,target product was obtained and confirmed by IR and MS.The results showed that: the synthesis route of MNPDA included two step reaction of preparing 5-methoxy-2,4-dinitroaniline(MDNA) by mono-ammonolysis and alcoholysis from 1,5-dichloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(DCDNB),and selective reduction reaction of the MDNA using sodium sulfide.After the process optimization,prepared MNPDA has the purity above 98.9 % and the total yield of 42.2 %,which provided material basis for the innovation research and performance studies of molecular structure modified polymers.
