目的:优选岩陀中岩白菜素提取工艺。方法:以岩白菜素含量为指标,以溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺是以60%甲醇为提取溶剂,溶剂用量为20 mL,提取3次,每次30 min。结论:此工艺简便、易行,稳定性好、重现性好,可为进一步开发利用岩陀提供理论参考。
目的:優選巖陀中巖白菜素提取工藝。方法:以巖白菜素含量為指標,以溶劑濃度、溶劑用量、提取次數和提取時間為攷察因素,採用正交試驗法優選最佳提取工藝。結果:最佳提取工藝是以60%甲醇為提取溶劑,溶劑用量為20 mL,提取3次,每次30 min。結論:此工藝簡便、易行,穩定性好、重現性好,可為進一步開髮利用巖陀提供理論參攷。
목적:우선암타중암백채소제취공예。방법:이암백채소함량위지표,이용제농도、용제용량、제취차수화제취시간위고찰인소,채용정교시험법우선최가제취공예。결과:최가제취공예시이60%갑순위제취용제,용제용량위20 mL,제취3차,매차30 min。결론:차공예간편、역행,은정성호、중현성호,가위진일보개발이용암타제공이론삼고。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl.Methods: The extraction technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl was optimized by orthogonal design taking the content of bergenin as index with the solvent concentration,the amount of solvent,the extraction time and extraction times as investigation factors.Results: The optimal extraction technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl was as 60% methanol as solvent,20ml of solvent amount,20 min of extraction time,and 3 times of extraction.Conclusin: The optimum extracting technology is simple,feasible,stable and reproducible, and it serves as theoretical reference for further development and utilization of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl.
