目的:研究虫类中药蛴螬Holotrichia diomphalia Bates的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱材料和技术(包括硅胶、RP-18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP 20P、D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱及高效液相色谱),结合谱学方法(NMR、MS、ORD)分离鉴定蛴螬的化学成分。结果:从蛴螬的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,其结构经波谱鉴定为反-1,2-环己二醇(1),甘油醇-1-单油酸酯(2),水杨苷(3),对甲氧基苯乙酸(4),苯甲酸甘油-1-酯(5),Yangjinhualine A(6),(±)2-羟基戊二酸二甲酯(7),邻羟基苯甲醇(8),对羟基苯乙酸(9)和oxiran-2-ylmethano(l 10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该种虫类中药中分离得到。
目的:研究蟲類中藥蠐螬Holotrichia diomphalia Bates的化學成分。方法:採用各種色譜材料和技術(包括硅膠、RP-18反相硅膠、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP 20P、D101大孔吸附樹脂柱色譜及高效液相色譜),結閤譜學方法(NMR、MS、ORD)分離鑒定蠐螬的化學成分。結果:從蠐螬的乙醇提取物中分離得到10箇化閤物,其結構經波譜鑒定為反-1,2-環己二醇(1),甘油醇-1-單油痠酯(2),水楊苷(3),對甲氧基苯乙痠(4),苯甲痠甘油-1-酯(5),Yangjinhualine A(6),(±)2-羥基戊二痠二甲酯(7),鄰羥基苯甲醇(8),對羥基苯乙痠(9)和oxiran-2-ylmethano(l 10)。結論:化閤物1~10均為首次從該種蟲類中藥中分離得到。
목적:연구충류중약제조Holotrichia diomphalia Bates적화학성분。방법:채용각충색보재료화기술(포괄규효、RP-18반상규효、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP 20P、D101대공흡부수지주색보급고효액상색보),결합보학방법(NMR、MS、ORD)분리감정제조적화학성분。결과:종제조적을순제취물중분리득도10개화합물,기결구경파보감정위반-1,2-배기이순(1),감유순-1-단유산지(2),수양감(3),대갑양기분을산(4),분갑산감유-1-지(5),Yangjinhualine A(6),(±)2-간기무이산이갑지(7),린간기분갑순(8),대간기분을산(9)화oxiran-2-ylmethano(l 10)。결론:화합물1~10균위수차종해충충류중약중분리득도。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of medicinal insects of Holotrichia diomphalia Bates.Methods: Various chromatography materials and technology(including silica gel,RP-18 reverse phase silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI gel CHP 20P,D101 macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography),combined with spectroscopic methods(NMR,MS,ORD) were applied to separate and identify the compourds of H.diomphalia Bates.Results: Ten compounds were isolated from H.diomphalia.Their structures were respectively identified as trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol(1),(9Z)glycerin-1-monooleate(2),salicin(3),4-methoxyphenyllacetic acid(4),glycerin-1-benzoate(5),yangjinhualine A(6),(±)dimerthyl-2((phenylmethoxy) methoxy) pentanedioate(7),salicyl alcohol(8),(p-hydroxyphenyl) acetic acid(9),and oxiran-2ylmethanol(10) by a suit of spectroscopic techniques.Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from H.diomphalia for the first time.
