新一轮的基础教育课程改革要求中小学教师由“经验型”向“研究型”转变。高师院校作为未来教师的摇篮，应主动与基础教育的新课标要求相衔接，注重课堂教学的三维目标，有意识地对学生进行专门的锻炼和培养。

A new round of basic education curriculum reform requires primary and secondary school teachers to change from “experience orientation” to“research orientation”.As the cradle of future teachers , normal universi-ties should join to the new curriculum requirements of the basic education initiatively , pay attention to the three-dimensional target of classroom teaching , and take specialized training to the students .
