目前教师教育课程对即将走入教学一线的师范生而言，其价值效度堪忧。主因专业课学习的时间相对有限，课程设置重在理论，课程形式忽视教师教育选修课自身价值的挖掘。选修课具有鲜明的个性和注重学生的兴趣等特点，作为基础教育与教师教育对接的中间桥梁，其意义深远。以选修课为平台的教师教育课程不仅可以系统地增加实践性教育学科的教学时间，而且还符合学生基于自身不同性格特点而选择不同的教学风格的个性化趋向，更能为师范生未来的教学工作打下良好的基础。

The value validity of present courses for teachers ’ education is worrying for the prospective teach-ers.The main reasons are learning time for specialized course is limited , curriculum provision focuses on theory , the digging of the own value of optional courses for teachers ’ education is neglected in course forms .As the bridge of basic education and teachers ’ education , optional courses should have distinct characters and pay attention to students’ interests.Teachers’ education courses based on optional courses can not only add teaching time of prac-tical branches of instruction , be accorded with tendency of students ’ individuation of selecting different teaching styles on account of different characters of personality , but also lay a good foundation for the future teaching of nor-mal university students .
