通过对目前已成功用于我国玻璃熔窑的天然气、重油、煤焦油、焦炉煤气、发生炉煤气、石油焦粉6种燃料的物化性质、燃烧状态、燃烧产物及对玻璃熔化质量的影响、对熔窑耐火材料的烧蚀、烟气含硫量粉尘量等方面进行对比分析,阐述了各自的优缺点,提出了应重视的问题,以便于玻璃企业对燃料品种作出判断和选择。
通過對目前已成功用于我國玻璃鎔窯的天然氣、重油、煤焦油、焦爐煤氣、髮生爐煤氣、石油焦粉6種燃料的物化性質、燃燒狀態、燃燒產物及對玻璃鎔化質量的影響、對鎔窯耐火材料的燒蝕、煙氣含硫量粉塵量等方麵進行對比分析,闡述瞭各自的優缺點,提齣瞭應重視的問題,以便于玻璃企業對燃料品種作齣判斷和選擇。

The physico-chemical properties, combustion status, combustion products of the 6 common fuels for glass furnace, which are natural gas, heavy oil, coal tar ,coke oven gas ,producer gas and petroleum coke powder, were discussed. The effects of the 6 common fuels on glass quality, the corrosion of the 6 fuels to refractory, the sulfur content of the flue gas with the 6 fuels were also compared. The advantages and disadvantages of each fuel were discussed and some points that should be noted were also proposed. This paper provides glass enterprises reference for fuel choice.
