为明确中华草蛉对大豆蚜的控制效果,通过室内试验测定了中华草蛉3龄幼虫对大豆蚜的功能反应,表明其功能反应属于 HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,经χ2检验,其理论值与观察值差异不显著。中华草蛉对大豆蚜功能反应的HollingⅡ方程为:Na=0.6593 NT/(1+0.6593×0.0043 N),(R=0.9942,P<0.01),推得其最大捕食量为230.0880头· d-1;其自身密度对捕食内干扰作用的 Hassell-Varley 方程为:E =0.3836 P-0.6023,搜索系数Q=0.3836,干扰系数m=0.6023。
