文章采用目标发动机转速控制方法,参考市场成熟产品,提出了起步过程性能量化指标,制订起步过程分段控制策略;参考发动机飞轮端扭矩作为离合器扭矩的控制依据,采用开环控制和闭环PI控制相结合的起步控制策略,实现对离合器扭矩的精确控制,并通过不同油门的起步试验,验证该控制策略的正确性和合理性。试验结果表明,该控制策略能够适应不同工况的起步要求。
文章採用目標髮動機轉速控製方法,參攷市場成熟產品,提齣瞭起步過程性能量化指標,製訂起步過程分段控製策略;參攷髮動機飛輪耑扭矩作為離閤器扭矩的控製依據,採用開環控製和閉環PI控製相結閤的起步控製策略,實現對離閤器扭矩的精確控製,併通過不同油門的起步試驗,驗證該控製策略的正確性和閤理性。試驗結果錶明,該控製策略能夠適應不同工況的起步要求。

Based on the target engine speed control method and the existing mature products in the market ,the quantitative index of launch process performance is proposed and the phase control strategy for launch process is made .In light of the control thinking of engine torque at flywheel as clutch torque ,a two-phase launch control strategy integrating open loop control and close loop PI control is applied .It can realize the clutch torque control with accuracy .The results of the launch test on different accelerators verify the correctness and rationality of the proposed control strategy .And the experimental results show that the control strategy can meet the launch requirements under different w orking conditions .
