以鸡毒支原体（Mycoplasmagallisepticum，MG）S。标准菌株不同浓度接种16日龄雏鸡，5d后用鸡新城疫疫苗（I系）诱导发病，对以鸡新城疫为诱导因子的鸡毒支原体野外环境病理模型复制进行研究。结果表明：鸡毒支原体s6攻毒菌液浓度为10^9CCU／mL，攻毒后第5天，用鸡新城疫疫苗（I系）喷雾，5羽份／只，进行激发，可成功复制出鸡毒支原体感染病理模型。
이계독지원체（Mycoplasmagallisepticum，MG）S。표준균주불동농도접충16일령추계，5d후용계신성역역묘（I계）유도발병，대이계신성역위유도인자적계독지원체야외배경병리모형복제진행연구。결과표명：계독지원체s6공독균액농도위10^9CCU／mL，공독후제5천，용계신성역역묘（I계）분무，5우빈／지，진행격발，가성공복제출계독지원체감염병리모형。
16 - day - old chickens were inoculated with MG S6 standard strains of different bacterial concentration, then attacked with Newcastle disease vaccine to induce pathogenesis for a study of establishing MG pathology model by inducing factor of Newcastle disease in field environment. The results showed that MG S6 bacterial concentration of 109 CCU/mL successfully established the MG infection pathological model by spraying Newcastle disease vaccine( I line)5 doses per chicken five clays later.
