Based on the green food industry development research in Shandong province, this paper studied the promotion of the devel- opment of green food industry in China in the growth of farmers income, performance improvement of the enterprise, the agri-product securi- ty in quality and quantity, and the market competitiveness of agri-products. The paper put forward some suggestions and eountermeasures on the industry development.
