80后创业者是影响当前和未来50年中国经济繁荣、增长和产业创新最有活力的主体之一。在年轻一代“公务员热”的今天，80后创业者关注创造社会价值而不是分配社会价值的行为，具有积极的社会意义，为其他年轻人树立了榜样。通过收集整理大量资料文献，对30位当前相对成功的80后创业者行为过程进行归纳性分析。研究得到80后创业者行为过程模型的关键构成维度：①自我实现、商业经验、商业嗅觉是80后创业者的内在动力；②创新是80后创业者的关键行动，创新使80后创业者在资源极度缺乏的情况下成功创业，并在各自的领域同资源丰富的大企业竞争；③充满激情、意志力强和勤奋好学是保证创业活动进行的行动指南；④创业团队对创业成功起着举足轻重的作用，是新企业通向成功的桥梁；⑤80后创业者通过创立企业，在电子商务、游戏、移动互联等领域改变着人们的生活方式，为社会创造了价值。

Entrepreneurs after 80's are one of the main dynamic to impact of China's economic prosperity ,grow th and indus-trial innovation current and the future 50 years .Nowadays more younger generation likes to work on the government de-partment and focus on the distribution of social value .However ,the entrepreneurs after 80's are focus on the creation of so-cial value and their behaviors have positive social significance and set an example for others .This paper analyzed the be-havior of 30 relative success entrepreneurs after 80's through a large number of second-hand information and document col-lection .The research shows the entrepreneurs after 80's behavior process model dimensions :(1)Self realization ,business experience ,business sense is the inherent power of entrepreneurs after 80's ;(2) Innovation is the key of behaviors of entre-preneurs after 80's .It makes the entrepreneurs after 80's can compete with the large companies with rich resource in their respective fields ;(3) Full of passion ,strong willpower and diligence is the guarantee of the guide to the action of entrepre-neurial activity ;(4)Entrepreneurial team plays a decisive role of the success of entrepreneurship and the new bridge to the success ;(5)Entrepreneurs after 80's create social values ,change the way of people in e-business ,games and mobile internet through the setting up of new enterprises .
