中冷器的布置优化是提升增压发动机性能的重要手段。结合某SUV匹配汽油增压发动机的动力不足问题,分析进气阻力及中冷后进气温度的变化对发动机性能的影响,通过台架试验对比2种中冷器布置方案引起的发动机动力性能的变化,结果表明,前置式中冷器相对顶置式在全速全负荷工况下中冷后进气温度降低17.4℃,发动机功率提升3%,扭矩提升5.2%。文章通过优化中冷器的布置为发动机性能提升提供了方向。

Intercooler layout optimization is an important means to improve engine performance. Combined with a SUV matched a gasoline lurbocharged engine with poor power, the influence of intake resistance and intercooled inlet temperature changes on engine performance is analyzed. And two intercooler layouts led to engine performance differences are compared through bed test. The results showed that intake inlet temperature is decreased 17.4℃ at full speed load of a front-mounted intercooler relative to overhead, engine power is raised 3% and torque is raised 5.2%. The optimized intercooler layout provides the direction for engine performance improvement.
