通过对基材及感应热处理后的60D40钢轨轨顶面表面布氏硬度、脱碳层深度、金相组织等项目试验检测,对比实验室布氏硬度计与便携式里氏硬度计测试的钢轨轨顶面表面布氏硬度值。从硬度计的检测原理、实际使用条件及金相组织着手分析布氏硬度值差异。试验结果表明,感应热处理表面硬度试样轨顶面磨削0.1 mm后便携式硬度计测得值比实验室台式布氏硬度计少21 HBW,轨顶面磨削0.2 mm、0.3 mm、0.4 mm、0.5 mm与1 mm台式硬度计测得值高于便携式硬度计10 HBW;轨头不同磨削量纵向金相组织与横断面脱碳层深度存在差异。

The base material and the post-induction heat treatment 60D40 rail surface brinell hardness of the rail top,depth of decarburization,metallographic structure and other items are detected.The brinell hardness value of rail top measured by portable hardness tester is contrasted with that measured by laboratory brinell hardness tester.Brinell hardness value differences are to be found out from the detection principle of hardness tester,actual service conditions and metallographic structure.Test results show that the sample hardness value measured by portable hardness tester is 21 HBW less than that of laboratory desktop brinell hardness meter,when the rail top surface is ground by 0.1 mm.When the rail top is separately ground by 0.2 mm,0.3 mm,0.4 mm,0.5 mm and 1 mm,the values measured by desktop hardness are 10 HBW higher than the portable hardness tester;differences exist in longitudinal metallographic structure and cross-sectional depth of decarburization.
