研究了汽车通用水性罩光清漆的生产工艺,通过试验确定了最佳工艺条件:润湿剂用量为0.5%;消泡剂用量为0.5%;增稠剂用量为0.4%;水性多功能助剂用量为0.5%。通过对生产工艺条件的研究,使汽车水性罩光清漆的施工适应性大大提高,为水性罩光清漆大面积推广奠定了坚实的基础。

The production technology of general waterborne automobile overcoat varnish was studied. Through the test to determine the optimum process conditions: wetting agent added 0.5%; defoaming agent added 0.5%; thickener added 0.4%; aqueous multifunctional additive added 0.5%. Through the study on the production technology conditions, the application adaptability of waterborne overcoat varnish were improved greatly and laid a solid foundation for large-area promotion of waterborne overcoat varnish.
