The importance of the construction of regional automatic meteorological station was pointed out.The paper analyzed the present situation of the security work at the regional station in Henan Province.On that basis,establishment of security system for regional automatic meteorological station was introduced from the aspects such as general thinking,operation monitoring mechanism,personnel training,establishing an effective evaluation mechanism and logistics mechanism.
