开展以土壤改良培肥为核心的盐碱地治理,是保护耕地动态平衡、维护国家粮食安全的重要措施之一。分析了乐陵市改良耕地土壤的类型及性质,提出了预期目标、主要措施及步骤、配套技术措施,并进行了投资估算和效益分析,最后针对存在的问题提出了相关建议。

To improve saline-alkaline soil is an important measure to protect the dynamic balance of cultivated land,and to maintain national food security.This paper analyzed the types and nature of soil of Laoling city,put forward the target,measures and the supporting technologies.The investment estimate and benefit analysis were proposed,the problems were analyzed and the recommendations were put forward.
