针对惠农区农业发展现状,指出惠农区蔬菜产业发展存在的诸多问题,如资金不足、产业群体管理水平低、鲜菜市场开发不足、产品质量不高等。在此基础上,提出了因地制宜选好项目、创新机制、政府推动、能人和龙头企业带动、科技服务、政策性保险等推进现代农业发展的措施。

Some problems in vegetables industry development were pointed out such as lacking sufficient funds,Low management level,underdeveloped fresh market,poor product quality.On that basis,some measures to promote the development of modern agriculture such as choosing feasible projects,innovation system,government promotion,technology services,policy-insurance were put forward.
