针对某三轮摩托车排气系统存在的强烈振动,将试验模态分析技术和有限元计算模态分析相结合,基于Hypenllesh软件建立、修正了排气系统有限元模型,得出了排气系8&6I~N有频率和模态振型图;对修正模型进行了瞬态响应分析,选取特征点表征排气系统的振功能量大小,分析对比悬置点在改进前后特征点的加速度均方根值变化情况,验证改进后取得的较好效果,为下一步减振降噪改进奠定了基础。
針對某三輪摩託車排氣繫統存在的彊烈振動,將試驗模態分析技術和有限元計算模態分析相結閤,基于Hypenllesh軟件建立、脩正瞭排氣繫統有限元模型,得齣瞭排氣繫8&6I~N有頻率和模態振型圖;對脩正模型進行瞭瞬態響應分析,選取特徵點錶徵排氣繫統的振功能量大小,分析對比懸置點在改進前後特徵點的加速度均方根值變化情況,驗證改進後取得的較好效果,為下一步減振降譟改進奠定瞭基礎。

To solve the strong vibration on exhaust system of tricycle, combining experimental modal analysis with computed modal analysis, work that building finite modal and improving one of exhaust system were be done based on Hypermesh software, and it is concluded that mode frequencies and modal shape of exhaust system; after doing the transient response analysis on corrected and original models, feature points for evaluating vibration energy of exhaust system were selected and compared, and root mean square of acceleration on exhaust system by improving mount points has been changed to less, the result of improved one is effective for further reducing vibration and noise.
