With the promulgation of technical requirements for electric motorcycle and moped. Many traditional motorcycle manufacturers start to conduct the R&D of electric motorcycles. However, many problems of the manufacturers are also exposed during their R&D processes. Some manufacturers directly assemble the electric motorcycles with the parts & components of common motorcycles. And some other manufacturers poorly understand the new standard. These both give rise to the production of unqualified products.
