In this paper, based on the literature resource of university library interview situation, combined with thought of the enterprise "basic standard for enterprise internal control", the efficient library literature resources acquisitioning internal control process was established to ensure the literature resources in the whole "economic activity" in a state of control, its security, integrity and efficiency.
