海军某舰奥卡系统管路由于结垢导致管路内径严重变小。在详细分析了奥卡管路内污垢的主要成分，在充分考虑环保、材料保护和成本节约等因素下，采用了RH-6清洗剂原地、免拆、全溶解、无腐蚀的化学清洗工艺。经实践证明这是快速、有效解决新型舰艇奥卡系统管路清洗，去除管路内壁污垢，恢复原来使用工况的方法。
