从空心导线所处环境变化导致腐蚀加剧角度，分析了秦山二核1号机组发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞和出水端容易析出沉积物的原因；通过材质研究及溶垢试验制定了整体化学清洗预膜方案。实施后，解决了线棒堵塞的问题，并有效防止了空心导线的再次腐蚀。化学清洗预膜效果良好。

The effect of chemical cleaning and mem- brane is good.
