“农金村办”是2009年以来，广西顺应农村经济发展、农业扩大生产的客观需要，在人民银行南宁中心支行的倡导推动下，由行政村与基层涉农金融机构共同发起，自治区人民政府发文确认并在全区推广的实施农村金融改革的创新模式。其运作模式是以行政村为单位，设立金融服务工作室，搭建农户与金融机构连接的桥梁，金融服务工作室由“村两委”等人员组成，协助提供农村金融产品和金融服务，并按一定比例享受盈利和分担风险，实现农户的金融服务足不出村既可办理的“一站式”便利服务。
“농금촌판”시2009년이래，엄서순응농촌경제발전、농업확대생산적객관수요，재인민은행남저중심지행적창도추동하，유행정촌여기층섭농금융궤구공동발기，자치구인민정부발문학인병재전구추엄적실시농촌금융개혁적창신모식。기운작모식시이행정촌위단위，설립금융복무공작실，탑건농호여금융궤구련접적교량，금융복무공작실유“촌량위”등인원조성，협조제공농촌금융산품화금융복무，병안일정비례향수영리화분담풍험，실현농호적금융복무족불출촌기가판리적“일참식”편리복무。
In order to satisfy the need of rural economic development and the expansion of agriculture production, the innovative mode villagers committee helping to develop rural finance is introduced to the villages in Guangxi. The mode is initiated by the administrative villages and financial institutions, and is documentary confirmed by the government. The village financial office is constructed by the stuff of the party branch committee and the villagers committee. It aims to provide financial products and services, and enjoy certain percentage of profit and risk sharing. By the mode, the farmers will enjoy convenient financial service without going out of villages.
