为研究550kV环氧浸渍纸油-SF6套管的介质损耗特性,掌握温度、试验电压等因素对这种套管介质损耗因数的影响规律,利用中国试制的第1支550kV环氧浸渍纸油-SF6套管样机进行了不同温度下的绝缘热稳定试验。试验结果表明:不同温度下样机介质损耗因数随测量时间的增长而减小,且趋于饱和;样机在某一温度达到热稳定状态后,测量电压的大小对介质损耗因数结果影响很小;在测量温度范围内,样机的介质损耗因数随套管温度的升高先减小后增大,与环氧树脂材料介质损耗因数随温度变化的规律相同;样机在常温至运行温度范围内均有良好的介质损耗特性;试制该样机所采用的主绝缘材料性能稳定可靠。

In order to research dielectric loss characteristics of 550 kV resin-impregnated paper(RIP) oil-SF6 bushings,and to grip the effects of some factors such as temperature and testing voltage on the bushing's tanδ,we experimentally investigated thermal-stabilization on the first 550 kV RIP oil-SF6 bushing designed and manufactured in China.The results show that,the tanδ of bushing at every testing temperature point decreases slowly before reaching saturation while testing time increases;tanδof the bushing is nearly independent of the testing voltage when the bushing reaches the thermal-stabilization at a temperature;tanδof the RIP oil-SF6 bushing decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of temperature,which is similar to the temperature and dielectric loss characteristics of pure epoxy;the tested RIP oil-SF6 bushing has good insulating characteristic in the testing temperature range;the main insulation material of the bushing has stable and reliable insulating performance.
