针对油井砾石填充防砂作业过程中注砂量和注液量难以实时监测的情况,本文通过研究砂粒在流体中与管壁的碰撞效应、传感器技术、流体携砂量的算法及信号处理技术,研制了油气井砾石填充实时监测室内实验系统。系统采用非接触式测量方法识别砂粒碰撞管壁产生的超声波信号,同时使用多普勒流量计检测管道内流体的流量,最后通过分析计算得到实时和累积的注砂量。在实验室条件下进行了不同含砂量的实时监测实验,取得了很好的效果,现场的验证实验表明该系统可以用于油气井砾石填充的实时监测。

In the operating process of gravel packing, It is difficult to monitor the sand content and injection volume in oil and gas Wells on real-time. This paper develops a indoor experimental system of real-time monitoring of the gravel packing in the oil and gas wells by studying collision effect of sand in the fluid and wall, sensor technology, algorithms of sand amount of fluid and signal processing technology. This system identify ultrasonic signals generated by collision of sand and wall by non-contact measurement method, and detect fluid flow in pipeline used Doppler flow-meter, ultimately get real-time and accumulated amount of sand in fluid by analyzing and calculating. The real-time monitoring experiment is done with different amount of sand under the laboratory conditions, the experiment achieved good results. Verification experimental in the field show the system can be used for real-time monitoring of gravel packing in oil and gas wells.
