基于实时动态测量技术(RTK)、地理信息技术(GIS),以及移动网络技术(Mobile)研究并建立了像片控制测量移动平台,着重阐述平台的建设思路和实现方法。与传统的像片控制测量方法比较,该平台有效地提高了像片控制测量的精度、效率,节约了成本,高效地管理像片控制测量的成果,方便了后期像片校准的处理,促进了测绘地理信息化的发展。

In this paper, photo - controlled mobile mapping platform is researched and established based on real - time kinematic technology, geographical information technology and mobile network. The platform can not only improve accuracy and efficiency of photo - controlled measurement which saves cost, but also manage achievements in photo - controlled measurement efficiently com- pared to traditional photo - controlled measurement. What's more, photo adjustment is more convenient. The photo - controlled mobile measurement platform accelerates informatization of surveying.
