为研究不同剂量恩诺沙星脂质纳米乳剂对断奶生长仔猪血液生化指标的影响,分别按0.6、1.25、2.5、5.0mg/kg剂量对仔猪进行给药,并在给药后2、6、8和96h前腔静脉采血制血清,测定仔猪谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、淀粉酶(AMY)、尿素(Urea)和肌酐(Crea)六项血液生化指标的含量。结果显示,四个不同剂量给药组的ALT、AST、ALP、AMY和Crea的含量在2、6、8和96h与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05);各剂量组的Urea在2h与对照组未见统计学差异,但5.0mg/kg剂量组在6h与对照组和0.6mg/kg剂量组差异显著(P〈0.05),在8h和96h时间点的数值与对照组和其他剂量组差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验表明,随着剂量的增加,恩诺沙星脂质纳米乳可能会对仔猪肾脏功能产生一定影响。

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of enrofloxacin - loaded lipid nanoemulsions on blood biochemical indices in weaned piglets. Each group was given enrofloxacin - loaded lipid nanoemulsions with 0.6, 1.25, 2.5 and 5.0 mg/kg by body weight, respectively. Blood samples were collected from anterior vena cava of all the piglets in 2, 6, 8 and 96 h. Test results showed that ALT, AST, ALP, AMY and Crea of four dose groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) with that of the control group in 2, 6, 8 and 96 hours. The urea of four close groups had no statistical difference with that of the control group in 2 hours ; the urea of the 5.0 mg/kg dose group in 6 hours was significantly different (P 〈 0.05 ) from that of the control group and that of the 0.6 mg/kg dose group, and the value of 8 hours and 96 hours also had significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) with other groups. These results indicated that the enrofloxacin- loaded lipid nanoemulsions might have some influence on the renalfunction of the piglets with increasing dose.
