本研究围绕幼儿园教师如何与祖辈家长沟通这一问题，运用访谈法对来自N市4所省级示范园的14位教师（其中有2位是园长）进行了个别访谈。通过对教师在访谈中所使用概念的逐级编码分析，研究者认为，教师与祖辈家长沟通时宜持“道德沟通原则”。这一原则既要求教师在认知上有所自律，也要求教师在行动上表现出利他行为。

How do kindergarten teachers communicate with children's grandparents? To answer this question, the researcher conducted a research by interviewing 14 kindergarten teachers (including 2 kindergarten principals) individually from 4 model kindergartens in City N. The sequential coding and analysis of the concepts teachers used in the interviews shows that kindergarten teachers should follow the "moral communication principle" while communicating with children's grandparents. This principle requires teachers' self discipline and altruistic behavior as well.
